Every food vendor is issued a Coca-Cola TCPC (traveling customer purchasing card) at the time they become a NICA member and annually thereafter when their membership is renewed. These accounts are set up by Coca-Cola for national account pricing and the cards are issued from the NICA office. Please note that accepting the national account pricing is at the bottler’s discretion. The current pricing is as follows:

Pepsi

Every food vendor will receive an application in their new member packet. This application must be filled out and sent back to the NICA office in order to be part of the National Account Program. The application is faxed to Pepsi and members receive their account information from Pepsi. This process may take from 4-6 weeks.

Pepsi also offers a rebate plan to the holders of a Pepsi National Account card. In order to take advantage of the $.65 per gallon rebate please follow these guidelines:

Make sure your orders are on a National Syrup Delivery ticket. Keep a copy of all your tickets and/or invoices.

Every six months, or immediately following the end of your season, submit copies of your tickets and/or invoices. Before you mail in your receipts, call the National Account Hotline at 800-431-1707. Tell the representative that you are mailing in rebate receipts and address the envelope to their attention.

Through this contract, NICA is eligible to benefit from the national pricing and services offered by AutoZone. HD Supply is huge!  Until recently HD Supply was owned by Home Depot. Now HD is a privately owned company and NICA has worked out a discount program for NICA members. Sherwin-Williams provides the following discount program: 30% off National Account Pricing on all paint and 30% off list price on all sundry items such as brushes, rollers and drop cloths, etc. This discount is only available at Sherwin-Williams stores. You will need to provide the store attendant with your NICA membership card and the program account number. Please call the NICA office to request that number.

SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS
NICA Scholarship Grants
Each year NICA awards $8,000 in scholarships to member nominees. The top-ranked applicant receives the prestigious Coca-Cola sponsored Certified Concessionaire Executive Scholarship valued at $3,000. The next five top-ranked applicants receive individual awards of $1,000 each. To be eligible for these scholarships you must be a NICA regular member (RM), a regular spousal member (RSM), an employee member (EM), or the child or grandchild of a regular member. The application is available to fill out or download on-line at www.nicainc.org  You may also call the office and request a copy be sent to you.
 

FLEET PROGRAM
Ford Motor Company
We are very fortunate to be included in Ford’s Fleet Program. If you are planning to purchase a Ford, contact the NICA office and request that your member name and your company name be placed as a DBA under the NICA fleet account. You will also be given a FIN # to give the dealer so they can arrange for the correct pricing. The fleet incentive program changes every year and both cars and trucks are covered.
