2026 NICA BUSINESS EXPO & FARE FOODS FOOD SHOW
February 9-11, 2026

Join us February 9-11, 2026 at the beautiful Sheraton Tampa Brandon Hotel, located at 10221 Princess Palm Ave. Tampa, FL, for the 2026 NICA Business Expo and Fare Foods Food Show.

This year’s theme is “Making Connections!”  The NICA Business Expo will provide Educational Sessions, Workshops, Networking, and Discussion Groups that cover the issues and the daily challenges our Industry is faced with each season.

The Fare Foods Food Show will run Monday and Tuesday from 5 - 9 PM and will feature exhibitors showcasing the latest food trends and technology that will define and kickstart the 2026 Fair Season.

NOTE: Please Register Online by Friday, February 6, 2025 to avoid an onsite registration fee of $20.
All proceeds will benefit the NICA Foundation.

The Hotel is Now Sold Out on Monday, 2/9 & Tuesday, 2/10!

Due to an overwhelming response, the Sheraton Tampa Brandon Hotel Room Block is sold out for Monday & Tuesday (February 9th & 10th).  Please feel free to complete the hotel information form and send it to apoole@farefoods.com to be on the wait list. You will be contacted in the order received as rooms become available from cancellations.

Room availability at contract rate ends on JANUARY 8, 2026. After that date any room availability reverts back to their normal rate.
